Several signals point the wrong way. Treat this as a deal that needs a decision rather than another follow-up.

A score with no visible reasoning gets ignored, then gamed. Here is every factor and what it contributed.
Last contact 9 days ago and the last message was ours, so we do not yet know if it landed.
Next step: Get a buyer-initiated reply. Ask a question that needs an answer rather than sending an update.
28 days in stage against a 14-day median, which is 2.0x your baseline.
Next step: Identify the specific blocker holding this stage open, and agree a date with the buyer to clear it.
Single-threaded on one known contact, so the deal has one point of failure.
Next step: Add a second or third stakeholder, ideally someone who owns budget or will be affected by the rollout.
Hygiene gaps: no scheduled next step.
Next step: Book the next step with a date on it, and reset the close date to something you would defend out loud.
This calculator uses four factor groups: engagement recency and direction, stage velocity against your own baseline, contact coverage, and basic deal hygiene. Those are the signals that most consistently predict slippage across pipelines, and they are all things you can answer from memory about a deal you know.
It is a simplified model working from hand-entered values at a single point in time. A production scoring system reads engagement history continuously, learns baselines from your closed-won deals, and updates the moment a reply arrives. The honest limitation of any scoring model, this one included, is that it can only see what gets captured. If your most important conversations happen in a channel nothing records, the score will be wrong in a way it cannot tell you about.
Use the result to rank your attention, not to decide which deals deserve to exist. Filtering out low-health deals is how a scoring model becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
