Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades never delete your data — deals beyond your plan limit are archived, not deleted.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Annual billing with a discount is available for Enterprise plans. All other plans are month-to-month with no annual option needed — the monthly price is already competitive.
How does per-user pricing work?
Each user on your account is one seat. You're billed for active seats only. There's no minimum seat count on any plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
